What I Do

This is the same backbone work I’ve done for years in hotels/resorts (Night Audit & Operations) and now in my own SMB: steady operational flow, accurate records, and documentation that others can pick up later.

  • Maintain live workflow/task state; prevent drift and backlog.
  • Reconcile sales → processor → bank; log AR/AP timing; surface discrepancies early.
  • Keep SOPs, runbooks, and shared folders current (Docs/Sheets/Drive/Office).
  • Update operational notices/content in WordPress as needed (no dev/sysadmin).
  • Record GST/HST/PST as displayed in your system; no tax filing or advice.
  • USD tender logged separately under your existing handling policy; no FX tracking.
